Our brand new restaurant, opened on October the 10th , 2011 , is an interesting Gourmet restaurant inside the Hotel, for all the persons who are interested in a unique experience.
From November 2012, the restaurant receive his first Michelin star, just after one year opening. This is for us an important grow-up and we have to thank all the guest we had during this year, who helped us to get better and better.
Pipero, the Sommelier and Chief, will suggest and recount you his wines, matching them with our food’s delights and will take you through interesting culinary itineraries.
Luciano, the Chef, transfers the passion for art and bright colors in his dishes rich of flavor and will let you taste our garden’s products, respecting their essence.
Our philosophy is to welcome you with a Courtesy Line…no words to explain what the Courtesy Line is, just come here and taste!
